  • What Motivates Me to Sell Real Estate?

    I am not driven by commission and you won’t see me driving a fancy expensive car. In fact it is not about me, but more about you. It’s about your experience selling or buying your property, how it affects you and your family. I am motivated by doing the right thing by everyone I come in contact with and knowing that the experience they have had has been enjoyable at every step of the process of buying or selling their property. Showing a little kindness, acting with integrity and showing empathy costs nothing. When my clients are happy then I am happy and this to me is more reward than anything else.

    I have personally experienced how stressful it can be during selling or buying property. I have had some great experiences, and some not so great. I have learned that communication is vital, and caring about the people involved is crucially important.   • What Area Do You Service or Are the Most Experienced In?

    I service all suburbs in the greater Launceston region, but have a particular fondness for South Launceston. The diversity of homes and the location lends itself to a very good lifestyle where you can leave the car at home if heading to the restaurants, CBD or work at the Launceston General Hospital or even opt to walk instead. The history is amazing of some of these older properties and the quality of restorations going on is just superb to see. However, all suburbs have their own wonderful niche market and I love selling everywhere and anywhere in Launceston and surrounds.

  • How Do You Define Personal Success?

    My definition of personal success is truly liking yourself, what you do, and how you do it. It is not the car you drive nor how much money you have. Personal success is being able to do what makes you happy, and being passionate about helping others and giving back are two things that achieve this for me.
