This may include managing tenant relations, ensuring the property is well-maintained, handling and resolving tenant complaints, overseeing repairs and maintenance, conducting regular property inspections, and dealing with contractors.
Rachael has an in-depth understanding of the rental market, keeps up-to-date with legal and industry changes, and works closely with our valued landlords to ensure the property is profitable and well-maintained. Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail are critical in achieving this.
